Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service and experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following booking policy: 1. Appointments We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Appointments can be booked via phone, text, online booking system, or in person at the barber shop. Please note that online booking spaces are limited, so we encourage early booking to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 3 hours' notice. This helps us accommodate other clients and ensure smooth scheduling. 3. Late Arrivals If you are running late for your appointment, please text or call ahead. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 4. Pricing & Payment All services are subject to current pricing. Payment is due at the time of service, but you are not required to pay upon booking. If you choose to pay in advance, please remind us when you arrive so we won’t charge you again. A refund will be issued if you were charged double. 5. Minors & Special Offers Kids' haircuts for ages 5 to 10 are offered at a discounted rate of $25 during specific back-to-school promotions (e.g., Alpine school kids). Please provide proof of eligibility for such offers. 6. Local Artisans Barberet Co. offers floor space for local artisans to showcase and sell handcrafted items. For information on how to display your creations, please inquire with the front desk or contact us online. By booking an appointment with Barberet Co., you agree to adhere to this policy.
